This Proprietary Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an
individual or an entity) and xenmusic (alias name - xen music, xen_player). By installing, copying, or
otherwise using the software program known as "xenmusic" (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the
terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the
Software.
1. License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, xenmusic grants you a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software on any single computer or device. You
may not copy or distribute the Software or make it available over a network where it could be used by
multiple computers at the same time.
2. Restrictions. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not
create derivative works based on the Software. You may not sell, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the
Software to any third party.
3. Ownership. The Software is owned and copyrighted by xenmusic. Your license confers no title or ownership
in the Software and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the Software. All rights not
specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved by xenmusic.
4. Termination. This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time
by destroying the Software and all copies thereof. This Agreement will also terminate if you fail to comply
with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy the Software and all copies
